Our Terms & Conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022\tWe work on quoted prices at the start of a job and prefer not to charge by the hour .The exception to the rules are;<\/p>\n

\u2022\tIf you have been broken in to and you have asked us to attend on site but we are unable to start work because of police restrictions. If due to scenes of crimes officers not wanting us to contaminate the area we will charge waiting time. Any quotes that are given over the phone will be on the information received and if anything is different on arrival -\u2013 this may be reflected in a change to the price quoted.<\/p>\n

BUT AS STATED WE WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE FULL PRICE BEFORE WE START.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tNO CALLOUT FEE for booked in non emergency work \u2013 however if you call us out for an emergency within the hour or same day service \u2013 and you cancel we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% that is in relevance or a Minimum of \u00a340 to the price given to you.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tIf the job is cancelled after our technician arrives during the hours of 4pm & 9am or weekends\/holidays the call out fee rises to minimum of \u00a359.
\n– If you pre-booked a job with us and you would like to reschedule it rather than simply cancel it, there will be no cancellation charge, however, it must be done at least with 24 hours notice.<\/p>\n

\u2022\t*Non destructive entry- every effort will be made to bypass your lock using non destructive methods \u2013 we do not drill locks for profit! Some locks have to be drilled in order to gain entry.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tParking. – It is very important for our locksmith to have a hassle-free parking available when arriving at your property. If you live in a controlled parking zone CPZ where only residents can park, then we will need a visitor\u2019s permit so we can park in a resident\u2019s bay<\/p>\n

Please check safe parking is available within reasonable distance (our locksmiths will need tools and parts from the van and may have to make multiple trips back and forth) if you cannot provide safe parking that is within reasonable walking distance the job may have to be cancelled and a cancellation\/call out fee may be required.<\/p>\n

\u2022
\nCustomers WILL be liable for all\/any parking notices\/charges incurred when they advise our locksmiths where to park I.e in private parking spaces with out permits
\n– If there is necessary to pay a parking fee, the rules are as follows: No parking fee will be added to your invoice if the technician is done within 30 minutes. All jobs lasting more than 30 minutes, the parking fee will be added to your final invoice.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tThe information you provide to us with will not be made available to any third party.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tParts have a 12 months guarantee unless otherwise stated, labour guaranteed for 6 months – should any sign of the work being adjusted or tampered with will make all guarantees null and void.<\/p>\n

Retention of title <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\tTitle to {the Goods<\/em>} shall remain vested in {the Seller<\/em>} and shall not pass to {the Buyer<\/em>} until the purchase price for {the Goods<\/em>} has been paid in full and received by {the Seller<\/em>}. Until title to {the Goods<\/em>} passes:<\/p>\n

1.\t{the Seller<\/em>} shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and\/or dispose of all or any part of {the Goods<\/em>};<\/p>\n

2.\t{the Seller<\/em>} and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which {the Goods<\/em>} or any part are stored, or upon which {the Seller<\/em>} reasonably believes them to be kept;<\/p>\n

3.\t{the Buyer<\/em>} shall store or mark {the Goods<\/em>} in a manner reasonably satisfactory to {the Seller<\/em>} indicating that title to {the Goods<\/em>} remains vested in {the Seller<\/em>}; and<\/p>\n

4.\t{the Buyer<\/em>} shall insure {the Goods<\/em>} to their full replacement value, and arrange for {the Seller<\/em>} to be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss payee.<\/p>\n

2.\tIrrespective of whether title to {the Goods<\/em>} remains vested in {the Seller<\/em>}, risk in {the Goods<\/em>} shall pass to {the Buyer<\/em>} upon delivery.<\/p>\n
